Robert C. Krieger

Mr. Krieger, a partner of the firm, specializes in asbestos exposure, personal injury, and employment discrimination litigation. Mr. Krieger joined the firm in 1987 and has spent his entire career advocating for the rights of injured individuals and working men and women. Mr. Krieger is driven by his sincere compassion for those injured due to the carelessness of others and is dedicated to delivering maximum results to each of his clients.

Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a variety of cases including chemical exposure, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, auto accidents, construction accidents, fall down accidents, employment discrimination and municipal court defense. Mr. Krieger's extensive experience handling complex litigation have allowed him to secure maximum settlements on behalf of thousands of his clients throughout his career. As the head of the firm's asbestos department, Mr. Krieger has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of victims of asbestos exposure.

Mr. Krieger is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.

Mr. Krieger was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and remains an avid Bills and Sabres fan. He lives with his wife, Kathy, and their their three children, Dylan, Sean and Rob.
