Raul I. Gonzalez

Mr. Gonzalez, a partner of the firm, specializes in personal injury litigation. He has dedicated his career of over 30 years to representing accident victims. Mr. Gonzalez is experienced in handling complex construction negligence, product liability and wrongful death cases, along with premises liability and automobile negligence cases.

Although Mr. Gonzalez has achieved thousands of settlements throughout his career, he is committed to ensuring that his clients recover the full extent of their loss and he has tried hundreds of jury trials to conclusion when necessary to secure fair compensation on behalf of his clients. Mr. Gonzalez has obtained numerous settlements and verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.00, including a $4.3 million settlement for a worker severely injured on a construction site, a $2.9 million jury verdict for a business woman injured due to a fall on ice outside of her office building, and a $2.6 million wrongful death verdict.

Prior to joining the firm in 1984, Mr. Gonzalez served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence Lerner and the Honorable Robert Figarotta in the Middlesex County Superior Court.

Mr. Gonzalez is a member of the American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association for Justice, NJ Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
