Mr. Piniak has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since 1995.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law in 1994.  Mr. Piniak is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a part of its Workers' Compensation and Insurance Law Sections.  In 1999, he completed a two-year program with the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Inn of Court.
